Refund policy

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear or customer damage

Please double-check your size, shipping information, and product details before placing an order.

We will gladly replace an item at no cost to you if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The order contains a manufacturing defect,

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • Your package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it.

Proof required:
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem
